Lab Test Results

For you convenience, you can access your test results 24/7 telephonically or on-line.

In order to help improve our service, we are introducing a telephonic and on-line lab/test results retrieval system called LabCalls.

On the day your lab work is done, you will be given a card that tells you how to retrieve your test results either “on-line” or by telephone any time, day or night. 

After your lab results are received in our office and reviewed by your provider they will be posted in LabCalls.  In most cases, this will be done within 2 weeks from the date of your appointment. 

To receive your results telephonically, call 1(877) 518-3532, put in your SSN when prompted to enter your unique patient identifier and insert your birth date (MMDDYYYY) when asked for your personal identification number (PIN). The system will respond with your first name and then give you your results.

You can also view your results on-line.  Either go to www.mytestresults.com or  just “click” on our “test results” button above. Enter the customer # (8775183532), your SSN for the patient ID number and your birth date (MMDDYYYY) for the PIN. On line you will be able to both hear and read your results.
